Ingredients

  • 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 1⁄2 tablespoons garlic powder

  • 3 teaspoons dry mustard

  • 1 leg of lamb (trimmed for roasting)


Directions

  1. Blend ingredients for marinade: oil, garlic powder and mustard.

  2. Coat leg of lamb with marinade; refrigerate 6-8 hours or overnight.

  3. Adjust meat on barbecue spit and roast for 30 minutes per pound or until 170oF on meat thermometer, basting meat continuously with marinade.
